Coffee Table OCF-CT-004

The tabletop is made of superior quality solid oak wood, calibrated and polished. It is not lacquered, and is treated, insulated and finished with Rubio Monocoat Oil Plus 2C which is available in 40 standard colours.

Rubio Monocoat Oil Plus 2C is applied in two layers to provide the desired hue and protection and improves the natural appearance of the wood. It is non-toxic and highly resistant to wear, water and heat.

The metallic legs are made of S235JR steel. The permanent joints of the steel components are made by mig-mag welding in a corgon protective environment. This method offers superior welding quality and provides protection against contamination and corrosion. The standard for longitudinally welded steel is SR EN 10219. 

The metallic legs are finished by black matte electrostatic painting (also known as powder coating), which involves applying a layer of electrically charged paint powder on the surface of the metallic legs and heating in an oven at 400 degrees Fahrenheit. This process produces an impeccable result without smudging.

Made to order products which are in stock take up to 1 week to deliver. 

For made to order products which are not in stock and custom-made products, fabrication can take anywhere between 2 – 5 weeks from the moment when the order is placed, depending on product complexity, availability of raw materials (supply chain remains volatile post-pandemic) and workshop production capacity.  

We will contact you at least two days in advance to schedule your delivery and agree on a 5-hour window of time in which to deliver and install your products.
